What Is A Niche?

A Niche is another word for a segment of the marketplace. Niche can also mean a segment of the economy.

The whole marketplace encompasses every good and service sold. But as the old saying goes, if you’re selling to everyone, you will soon go out of business.

In order to reach the people you want to reach, you have to pick a niche, or a segment of the overall marketplace to promote to.

The easiest way to do this is to promote within a hobby. Promoting within a hobby keeps you from burning out. After all, if you’re promoting something you don’t really care about, you’re more than likely to stop when you get resistance,

If you’re promoting a hobby, you also have plenty of products to write reviews on for promotion. You don’t have to spend money to get products to review. This is a savings right out the gate.
